Our next release is Barrel #2084, a ten-year straight bourbon whiskey matured in a Kelvin Cooperage American oak barrel and built on a classic mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley malt.
On the nose, rich brown sugar and warm vanilla lead into a hint of toasted oak. The palate reveals layers of caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla, balanced by gentle spice and a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is long and warm, with lingering caramel and subtle spice.
