Our first release is a fitting start to the new collection: a ten-year straight bourbon whiskey matured in a Kelvin Cooperage American oak barrel and built on a classic mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt.
On the nose, rich vanilla, caramel, sweet cream, and dried orchard fruit lead into a subtle hint of rye spice. The palate reveals layers of caramel, vanilla bean, ripe fruit, and candied dried fruit, balanced by gentle spice and a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is long, warm, and elegant.
