1. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, PStreet Wines does not ship to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Michigan. Additionally, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for any delays caused by Fed-Ex or any other third-party courier service. While we ensure timely processing and delivery to Fed-Ex, once the package is in transit, we cannot guarantee that Fed-Ex will meet their estimated delivery times. Fed-Ex does not guarantee delivery dates or times and does not provide compensation for delays.
3. Processing Times
Most orders are processed the next business day, however, inventory issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly to ensure timely processing and shipping.
4. Delivery Requirements
All deliveries will require an adult (21 years or older) to sign for the package. Packages cannot be left without an adult signature. Fed-Ex will attempt delivery three times. If the customer misses delivery due to missed attempts by Fed-Ex and the box is returned to PStreet, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping charges.
If the box is returned the option is a Refund minus the original and return shipping charges.
