Captain's Table 2.0 marks the next chapter in our continuing mission of whiskey exploration, as Mike Hinds and James Davenport of Nashville Barrel Company take their seats as Co-Captains. Guided by a shared passion for exceptional barrels and uncompromised quality, they lead this collection into a bold new frontier.

Our first release is a fitting inaugural release. Patiently matured for ten years in a Kelvin Cooperage American oak barrel, this bourbon is built on a classic mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Barley Malt, delivering remarkable character through time, craftsmanship, and careful barrel selection.

The nose opens with inviting aromas of rich vanilla, caramel, sweet cream, and dried orchard fruit, followed by a gentle hint of rye spice. The palate reveals layers of caramel, vanilla bean, ripe fruit, and candied dried fruit, balanced by subtle spice and an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is long, warming, and elegant, lingering like the final moments of a remarkable voyage.
