You may bring one guest, but due to our limited single-barrel production, each Captain’s Table member will receive a 1oz pour.
How to Get There
Club Wyndham Desert Blue is just a 5-minute walk from the convention, making it easy to join us for the evening. If you prefer, complimentary shuttle service will be available from the designated pickup area just outside the convention entrance (Pavilion), where our crew will welcome you and drive you directly to the private tasting.

When is the Captain's Table Private Tasting?
The Captain's Table Private Tasting will take place on Saturday, August 8, during STLV: Trek to Vegas.
What time is the event?
You may select one of three tasting sessions:
- 5:00 PM
- 6:00 PM
- 7:00 PM
Please note that each session has limited capacity and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where will the tasting be held?
The event will take place at Club Wyndham Desert Blue, located just a 5-minute walk from the Star Trek convention. We will provide complementary transportation to and from the tasting.
How do I get there?
A complimentary private shuttle will be available for all attendees. The pickup location will be just outside the Star Trek convention, and complete transportation details will be emailed on the day of the event.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected tasting time to allow time for check-in.
Do I need to RSVP?
Yes. RSVP is required to attend. Due to the limited number of seats available, only guests who have registered in advance will be admitted.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Each Captain's Table member may bring one guest. However, due to the limited nature of our single-barrel releases, each Captain's Table member will receive one 1 oz tasting pour. Additional tasting opportunities for guests may be limited.
What if my plans change?
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please visit the Star Trek Spirits booth at the convention and a member of our crew will be happy to assist you.
Do I need to bring my Captain's Table medallion?
Optional. Your Captain's Table medallion will unlock exclusive benefits throughout the event.
What can I expect at the tasting?
You'll enjoy rare pours from upcoming Captain's Table releases, meet Captains Mike Hinds and James Davenport, and be among the first to experience what's ahead for Mission Two.
Will attendees have any input on future releases?
Yes. You'll have the opportunity to taste select upcoming expressions, share your feedback, and help influence which single barrels become future Captain's Table releases.
