Guided by a shared passion for exceptional barrels and uncompromised quality, they lead this collection into a bold new frontier.

In this release, The Captain's Table collection is a ten-year straight bourbon whiskey, aged in a Kelvin Cooperage American oak barrel.  Layers of brown sugar and vanilla lead into toasted oak and cinnamon, with a lingering finish of caramel and subtle spice. 

The Captain's Table has always celebrated exploration not only of distant frontiers, but of extraordinary whiskey. With new captains at the helm, the second single barrel release sets the course for a collection defined by discovery, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of the exceptional.
